Experience
Anthony worked in the health and safety field for 32 years. He has been writing articles in the barbecue niche for the past two years. His passion for barbecue started when he was a child, watching his relatives cook on the grill. The aroma of the smoke left an unforgettable impression and he soon started to cook himself. As he got older and his skills developed, Anthony became the “go to” family BBQ chef. Cooking on homemade barrel grills to electric smokers, he was able to acquire valuable of experience. Being a person who enjoys helping others, Anthony decided to share his knowledge through his writings so that anyone who wanted to learn to barbecue could do so.
After 45 years of cooking on the grill, he still loves to barbecue to this day, preparing barbecues feasts for his family and friends throughout the year.
Education
Anthony earned his MBA from the College of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in 1998. His uses the skills he learned to produce affiliate and informational articles that benefit the reader.
